The Seneca County Family and Children First Council (FCFC) incorporates the Community Action Poverty Simulation (CAPS) as a recurring part of its regular community outreach and educational programming.

Recurring & Past Simulations

Annual and Semi-Annual Planning: Poverty simulations are listed as a standard program under the FCFC’s "Programs & Initiatives," often held in partnership with the Tiffin-Seneca United Way and the Seneca County Community Council.

Targeted Outreach: Historically, these simulations have been used for training school staff (like those at Hopewell-Loudon and Tiffin City Schools), social service professionals, and local government leaders to foster a deeper understanding of the "trauma" associated with poverty.
