Read 12 Books This Summer!

Requirements:

• You must be in Grades 1-8 to participate.

• You must read 12 or more books in your Reading Level during the Summer and submit them via the Online Form. 4th Grade and up must read books over 100 pages.

• You can submit several books at once.

• You must submit a short description of each story along with the title and author of the book in order for it to count toward your total.

• You may have an adult help you if you are in 1st or 2nd Grade.

• You may have an adult fill out your Online Form.

Rewards:

• The person who has read the most books over the Summer and properly turned in the proof will receive the GRAND PRIZE and a certificate.
