Ordering courses for students, both online and shipped, from the Learn Online system. The shipped version of the course also includes the online exam.
Log in to the Learn Online website. Help can be found here: NCCA Login Help or SACC Login Help.
If the student is not already in the system, add the student.
From the home screen, find the student and click the student's name.
Under the student's information, click the "Add Courses" button.
In the list of courses, click "add to cart."
Click "Online" or "Shipped," the system will also ask if you would like both for an additional fee.
Click "Check Out" once you are finished adding courses.
If the order looks correct, click "Complete Order."
Please make sure the ship to address is correct if the course is being shipped. Otherwise, this can be ignored. Note: The billing address is only used to process the card and does not change our billing information for your account.
Follow the directions on the screen to complete your order. Note: Once the order is complete, the course(s) will not show up in the student's account until we have processed the order.
Our online ordering system processes transactions through our merchant provider, Shopify. If you have saved your credit card in this system, you can make changes to it by logging into this website: https://shop.app/shop-pay
Tip: If an order is stuck, meaning you go to order for someone else but a previous student's order keeps coming up, follow these steps.
Click the "Home" button in the black bar at the top of the website. (This will bring up your student list)
Open a new student that is not the one you are trying to order for. (This will clear the previous order when switching to another student and adding a course in step 3)
Attempt to add a course for the other student.
Now go back to the original student. The cart should be cleared and allow you to start over.
