Exams and Exam Answers are available to teachers on the Learn Online website. This is the best way to access the latest exam and answer sheet.
When you order courses for a student, you have two options, one is to send the course to the student as a hard copy course, and the other option is online. No matter what way you choose, the student will be able to take the exam online. Because each student you enter into the Learn Online has an account, they can use it no matter if they are taking the course via printed books. Please have a look at the student login page for more information.
When students take an exam online, they are given either 45 minutes or 24 hours to complete the exam, depending on whether the exam is closed or open book. Each course has a description for the exam that explains if closed or open book. All of the Phase I and Phase II exams are closed-book exams. When the student completes an exam, either by timing out or submitting the exam, the supervisor (CAI or IR) receives t of the exam questions and answers via email.
As mentioned above, the exam is emailed to the supervisor (CAI or IR) when the student completes an exam, and the exam is saved in the student profile online. This saved exam can be reset, as detailed on this help page.
However, if a student starts an exam but does not complete it, the system will show an incomplete exam. This can happen if the student leaves the page and the timer never had a chance to tell the system that it is expired. When the student returns to the exam, if the timer has expired, the exam will immediately expire and end.
There currently is no way to list completed and pending exams at this time. The only way to review a student's exam is to view the student's profile page. If you want this feature or any other feature added to Learn Online, please let us know.
On the Learn.NCCA.org or Learn.SACC.bz websites:
Click "Courses" at the top of the screen (if the courses link does not appear, please make sure to login as a teacher)
Click "Answer Keys"
Find the course and click the exam for that course.
Please note: this exam preview cannot be used to administer the exam to a student as it does not have all the answers listed. Only the correct answers are listed in the preview window. To administer the exam to a student, please enroll them in the course.
Tip: In the preview for the exam answers, click the "full screen" link to open the exam in a larger window that is easier to print if needed.
