n 2025 we introduced a new interactive course format for our Phase I and II courses. The online course features inline progress tracking, videos, and knowledge checks, along with scenario-based interactions and responsive design for mobile or desktop. Students can engage with real-world case studies, receive immediate feedback on quizzes, and enjoy a smoother, more engaging learning experience that goes far beyond the traditional textbook format.
To access the new interactive courses, you must be logged in to your account. If you have trouble logging in, please visit our Login Help Page to reset your session or change your password.
You also need to be enrolled in the course for it to open properly. A full list of courses available in the new format can be found here.
If you encounter issues while accessing or completing a course, try the following:
Switch to a different browser (we recommend Chrome).
Clear your browser’s local storage, then go back to the course list to try again. (On the Learn Online website, you can press F8 to delete all the items in the Local Storage section.)
Use the Fast Forward Link provided by our support team if you need to unlock a course that has become stuck.
Durring the course, please note that your progress on the knowledge checks is not saved. These are not designed to be a one-time assessment but rather an ongoing resource for review and preparation.
You can retake the knowledge checks as many times as you like to reinforce your understanding of the material. Your overall course progress will still be tracked accurately, and these checks are a key tool to help you succeed on the exams.
