A holding area for data ready for ingestion to the CEDA archive.

Level 1:

Instrument_1 - A directory for each AMOF instrument listed by its unique name

Level 2:

A Holding area for data that is ready for ingestion into the CEDA archive. The Instrument scientist will be responsible for moving their data into this directory and once copied over a system process will move the data to the arrivals area at CEDA.
