A place for AMOF instrument scientists to processes their RAW in preparation for ingestion to the archive.
Level 1:

Instrument_1 - A directory for each AMOF instrument listed by its unique name
Level 2:
Level 2:
The structure of this directory will be determined by the instrument scientist. On the left is an example of the three sets of files created from the raw data prior to it being ready for ingestion into the CEDA archive as an AMOF standard netcdf file.
