Raw data

RAW data (level 0) is the data that comes out of the instrument e.g. the data prior to any processing or calibrations.

Level 1:

Instrument_1 - A directory for each AMF instrument listed by its unique name .

Level 2:

Data - The directory containing the raw data from the instrument. This directory is set to read only. The structure of this directory may be defined by the instrument and the structure of files needed to be captured.

Incoming - A writeable directory for the instrument scientist to upload their raw data into. Once they are happy the data is correct and up to date the data is moved into DATA directory and made read only.
