A repository for tools and code to plot and manipulate processed data.

Level 1:

Instrument_1 - A directory for each AMOF instrument listed by its unique name

Level 2:

The structure of this will be be determined by the individual instrument and instrument scientist. The examples above include a python script to create a years worth of data, a script to create a daily average and a weekly plot script. These could all be used to plot near real time data in a dashboard.
