Timesheets
Below are commonly used timesheets and their explanations of when to use them. If you need a timesheet, please visit the main office of your school.
Timesheets must be completed legibly, in full, and submitted in accordance with the timesheet schedule provided by the payroll department. This includes but is not limited to:
Full Name
Location
Reason Worked (If Applicable)
Date & hours worked (or period number for lost preps)
Total hours worked
Employee and Supervisor Signature
Employees should complete their timesheets in ink, no pencil. Incomplete timesheets will be sent back to the school or supervisor which may result in delayed payment to the employee.
Athletics (White); NBTMS and NBTHS Employees that work Athletic Games (Crowd Control, Timer, Announcer, etc.)
Chaperone Timesheet (White); For Employees functioning as a Chaperone - For larger events, chaperones will use a sign in sheet that will be provided; anything else (such as staying with a student after school for clubs, etc.) please use the linked timesheet.
Lost Preps (White); For contractual teachers covering lost preps. School specific lost preps can be found in the main office of your school.
Should you need a timesheet that does not fit these parameters, please visit your school's main office secretary.
