Form to Shape:
Sometimes looking at a image you want to draw can be intimidating which leads to not wanting to draw the image. Form to shape is a project in which students learn to become more confident artists by breaking down an image into shapes. Patience is key when drawing, Form to Shape takes a literal drawing and makes it abstract with the use of shapes and color theory.

Graffiti :
From the subways of New York in the 80’s to the present murals in Philadelphia, street art is everywhere. Student artist’s subject was a modern slang word that is used by them and their peers everyday. Each word was then sketched out and given a style based off of what they learned about graffiti and its history. The Artist later applied hues that represent a decade from the 50’s to the present.
