Regional and National Qualifying Standards
NBPL Provincials – Open to All!
There is no qualifying total required to compete at NBPL Provincials — it can even be your very first meet!
Eligibility for Regional Competitions – NBPL Athletes
To compete at your first Regional competition, NBPL athletes must have participated in a Local or Provincial event within the past 24 months. In addition, they must meet the Regional Qualifying Total, as outlined in the links provided on the left.
For athletes returning to Regional competitions, only the Regional Qualifying Total is required, provided it was achieved within the last 24 months.
Eligibility for National Competitions – NBPL Athletes
To compete at your first National competition, NBPL athletes must meet all the Regional competition requirements listed above, plus the following:
Have competed at any Regional competition within the past 24 months
Achieved at least the National Qualifying Total, as outlined in the links to the left
Volunteered at any sanctioned competition within the last 12 months
For athletes returning to Nationals, only the following are required:
A valid National Qualifying Total achieved within the past 24 months
Proof of volunteering at any sanctioned meet within the last 12 months
