Using the Custom Text Editor

Moodle provides access to a custom text editor that can be used to generate content in most fields that are visible to students . This advanced text editor can be used to adjust text formatting and inserting media for students. The features found in the custom text editor can be used when developing course content using assignments, discussion forums, pages, quizzessection headings, text labels, wikis and more! 

Note: For some text editor features, you will need to select (or highlight) the text before the format change can be applied.

Note: In other areas where a text editor is available in Moodle, there is an arrow. The downward arrow Opens the entire text editor.
