The SSS NJROTC Color Guard team commander is LTJG Emidio Fonseca and assistant SCPO Ana Cano
Drill is marching in a formation following basic commands and having an outstanding military bearing.
Drill can be performed regularly with or without rifles and as a squad or platoon.
Regular drill is basic marching and standing movements made by the commander. In the military, it would be used for soldiers to prep them for marching into battle. Armed regular drill is basic standing and marching movements while holding rifles.
Exhibition drill is a variant of drill that involves complex marching sequences which usually deviate from drill used in the course of ordinary parades.
Color guard is marching in a formation with rifles, and flags usually consisting of four cadets.
There is also drill formations with all NS1s to show what new cadets have learned throught practice of their time in NJROTC.
All of these types of formations will take place during drill meets and competitions.
All drill can be performed for both competition and ceremonial purposes.

Armed Exhibition/Armed drill --- Thursday afterschool
Color guard --- Wednesday Sparta time (afterschool as well if needed)

AWARDS for drill
Drill team : Awarded, WHEN EARNED, to each member of a drill team in good standing who has entered competition, or performed at three or more official functions.
Colorguard team : Awarded, WHEN EARNED, to each member of a each member of a color guard in good standing who has entered competition, or performed at three or more official functions.
