  7:30 am     Depart Riverside HS

10:00 am Arrive in Universal Studios, Orlando FL

  3:30 pm Depart Universal

  4:00 pm     Depart for USF in Tampa

  5:15 pm     Tour USF Campus

  6:00 pm     Dinner (Tampa China Buffet)

  7:00 pm     Depart for MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL

  7:00 pm     Check in to Base/ Exchange

  8:15 pm     Get settled in rooms

  9:00 pm     Everybody in rooms, TAPS

May 7, 2026

7:30 am   Head to Breakfast (McDonald's)

9:00 am   Arrive for a tour at Marine Reserve Base

12:00 am Back to Base for lunch and Volleyball on the beach

4:00  pm      Rest and clean-up

5:30 pm   Out to Dinner (Golden Coral)

7:00 pm   Depart for MacDill AFB

8:00 pm    Teacher Talk

9:00 pm   Everybody in rooms, TAPS

7:00 am   Pack out/ Check Out

8:00 am   Tour Base/ Start for home

10:30 am     Stop for Brunch (IHOP)

11:30 am      Head for home

1:00 pm   Arrive at NLT Riverside HS

              RIVERSIDE NJROTC Suggested Packing List for EOY Trip

§   Toiletries  (Shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, lotion, sunscreen, bug spray, feminine products, etc.) 

§   Casual dinner clothes for one night

§   Bathing suit (One-piece for females)

§   Traveling clothes for our trip back on Thursday

§   What to wear to school on Tuesday.  Wear clothes that meet, or exceed, school standards; this is what you will be wearing to Islands of Adventure!

§   Closed-toed shoes!!! You must have closed-toed shoes everywhere you go. (The only exception to this is on Beach Day, Wednesday afternoon)

§   Extra Money! We will be paying for your meals, however, if you want anything in the park, the exchange, or any snacks you will buy them.

§   PACK LIGHT!  We have no room in the vans for suitcases, and limited space for bags so pack light in soft luggage.

§   General clothing. You will need 4 outfits, 4 sets of undergarments, a couple of pairs of shoes, PJs, and some footwear to wear on the beach.
