CDR Lee retired from Activity Duty after 22 years in the Service in August 2017. He served two years as Enlisted in the Army as Non-Morse Code Interceptor (Military Intelligence) and 20 years as a Commissioned Officer in the Navy. CDR Lee earned his commission through Officer Candidate School in Pensacola in 1997 and his Wings of Gold as Naval Aviator in 1999. CDR Lee has over 3500 flight hours in the T-34, TH-57 B/C, and the mighty SH-60B.
Following Retirement, CDR Lee was a substitute teacher in Duval County until he began teaching as the SNSI at Middleburg High School in February 2018 until Jun 2022. While there, he taught the Naval Science 2 and 3 classes and the Embry-Riddle Unmanned Aerial Systems classes as an Adjunct Professor.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Oklahoma Christian University and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School.
CDR Lee has two children: Megan, a graduate of Terry Parker HS (2018) and Yale University (2022), and Nathan, a graduate of Sandalwood HS and is attending UCF.
CDR Lee began working at Terry Parker in 2022.
SgtMaj Gallman retired from active duty Marine Corps after 24 years of service in March 2011.
Following his retirement, SgtMaj Gallman began teaching as the Naval Science Instructor at Middleburg High School in Sep 2012 until June 2022. While there, he taught Naval Science 1 and 4 classes.
SgtMaj Gallman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and his Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.
SgtMaj Gallman began working at Terry Parker in August 2022.
A native of Green Cove Springs, FL, Chief Dwayne Tinney attended Clay High School thru the eleventh grade. He moved to Philadelphia, PA, at the age of 17, where he earned a diploma from William Penn High School in June 1992 before returning to Florida.
He is enrolled at Mississippi State University (MSU), working towards a Bachelor of Science focusing on Broadcast and Operational Meteorology.
Chief Tinney enlisted in the United States Navy on May 5, 1993. During his career, he attended several Navy schools and training courses, including Boot Camp, Analyst Forecaster “A” and “C” schools, Basic Instructor School, and Navy Individual Augmentee Combat Training (NIACT).
Duties included: Curriculum Development, Leading Chief Petty Officer Navy Instructor and Curriculum Developer Training Officer, Information Operations Watch Officer, Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor, Anti-Terrorist and Force Protection Officer, and Sexual Assault Victims’ Advocate.
From October 1993 to July 2014, Chief Tinney served at the following commands: Navy Meteorology and Oceanography Training Detachment Whiting Field, Navy Central Meteorology and Oceanography Center Bahrain, Mobile Environmental Team Yokosuka Japan, Navy Atlantic Meteorology and Oceanography Facility Jacksonville, Amphibious Squadron Eleven Sasebo Japan, Combined Forces Special Operations Command Central, Navy Meteorology and Oceanography Professional Development Center Gulfport.
During his 21-year career in the U.S. Navy, Chief Tinney had the opportunity to visit and conduct operations in the following countries: Australia, Cambodia, Guam, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, Saipan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.
While on active duty, Chief Tinney earned the following personal awards: Joint Forces Commendation Medal, Navy-Marine Corps Commendation Medal, and Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal. He also wears the following awards: National Defense, Armed Forces Expeditionary, Global War On Terrorism Service, Humanitarian, Sea Service, Overseas Service, and Expert Rifle Shot.
Chief Tinney retired from active duty on July 31, 2014. In August 2014, he began working as an NJROTC instructor at Terry Parker High School.
