At Naturally Mine, we believe families deserve clear financial expectations when planning for birth, and believe every woman deserves access to compassionate, high-quality care, regardless of income level. That’s why we offer services under a global fee structure, which is priced to provide a surprise-free experience, with sliding-scale or flexible payment options for those who qualify.
Out-of-Hospital Midwifery in the Treasure Valley is generally priced between $4,000-$9,000 depending on package options and inclusions/exclusions.
Fees are expected to increase for any estimated due dates AFTER January 2027 due to new regulations for Midwifery Billing.

What Is a Global Fee?
What Is a Global Fee?
The global fee includes comprehensive midwifery care throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period:
Prenatal visits (in-home or in-office), including
Lab work and screenings performed in-house (depending on package selection)
Birth Kit and most water birth supplies
24/7 on-call support starting at 37 weeks
Labor and homebirth attendance
Immediate postpartum and newborn care
Postpartum follow-up visits through 6 weeks
Routine Newborn Procedures
You receive continuity of care from someone who knows you — not a rotating list of providers.

I honor that every family’s financial situation is different. If you are committed to homebirth and aligned with the care I provide, please don’t let cost be a barrier. A limited number of sliding-scale or flexible payment plans are available each year to eligible applicants.

Standard Care ($6,250)

Ultrasound: One Diagnostic U/S (dating or anatomy scan)
Standard labs: Prenatal panel, GDM, CBC, GBS *additional lab fees may occur
Peace of Mind ($8,500)
(minimum recommended for first-time vaginal birth)

Ultrasound: Dating scan and anatomy scan OR Anatomy scan and 1 3D scan (value $600)
Labs: All labs *with the exception of NIPT testing
