Naturally Mine Movement Academy is a Barre-based fitness and childbirth education course. Integration of movement and its connection to childbirth, supporting physiological changes, pregnancy, labor & delivery, and parenthood. 

At Naturally Mine, we recognize the importance of adequate nutrition during pregnancy and how nutrient gaps can affect aspects of your physical and emotional well-being during the childbearing year. As we strive to maintain a holistic approach to your care, midwives will help curate a specialized list of supplements and herbs that may be beneficial to you. We are dedicated to keeping care as simple and affordable as possible, which is why we partner with affiliate programs to help bring you the easiest way to order, guarantee high-quality products, and get the best prices. 

At Naturally Mine, we believe that everyone deserves access to midwifery care, and we also acknowledge that not everyone has the same taste! After reviewing our Birth Settings Worksheet and having a complementary consultation with our midwives, if you're still feeling uncertain, a low-cost alignment visit can be scheduled. This will give you time with your midwife to see if it feels like the right fit. Payment toward an alignment session will go toward the care retainer; however, you will not be included in our estimated due date calendar until forms are complete and the entire retainer is paid.

I intentionally accept a limited number of families per year to ensure depth of care and true alignment. This session is for those who feel a genuine pull toward working together and want to confirm alignment before initiating care. 

Alignment session ($175)

Full review of medical history and candidacy for out-of-hospital birth, 

Initial consultation on supplemental recommendations. 

Belly Check (measurements, and fetal heart tones)

Discuss expectations, clinical philosophy, and clarify next steps.

* No labs or Ultrasound orders will be placed
