Naturally Mine, where natural movement informs practice, research shapes protocols, and midwifery leads innovation.
At Naturally Mine, we are committed to evidence-informed maternal care by exploring how natural movement, biomechanics, and physiologic alignment during pregnancy influence birth outcomes and maternal well-being.
Our Research & Innovation initiative integrates clinical midwifery practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and pilot research to translate science into practical, culturally adaptable protocols. Through this work, we aim to:
Develop data-driven movement strategies that optimize labor and birth outcomes
Provide midwife-led education and training grounded in measurable evidence
Build a Maternal Movement Framework that can be adapted across diverse populations and care systems.
We collaborate with a growing network of midwives, pelvic floor specialists, sports medicine practitioners, and prenatal/postnatal trainers to ensure that our approach is scientifically rigorous, clinically relevant, and globally informed.
Our goal is to improve maternal health by creating a research-backed platform that provides practical strategies for implementation across diverse communities, enabling Naturally Mine to contribute to research, shape care standards, and inspire the next generation of midwives and birth practitioners.
