All five steps listed below must be completed before before students can transition to ViP, students and parents are required to meet with the ViP Counselor to complete the initial onboarding meeting (Step 4 below).
Student and Parent/Guardian watch ViP Introductory Video and schedule an appointment with your Home School Counselor.

Meet with Home School Counselor at the appointed time.
(Counselors, please use either the slides or the outline below to ensure all topics are covered. Then, use the link below to complete the “Request Form.” Once the form is completed and signed, submit it to the counseling secretary for Step 3.)

Look for email from the Counseling Secretary that will include a link. Use the link to schedule an appointment with the ViP Counselor for your Initial Onboarding Meeting.
(Counseling Secretary will upload the ViP Request Forms to the ViP shared drive, then use the email template to email the student/parent the appointment link.)

Meet with the ViP Counselor for your Initial Onboarding Meeting at appointed time.
(Students must use their district-issued Chromebook during onboarding to ensure access to all school applications.)

Onboard with the each ViP teacher on your schedule. Students will not be able to begin the class until onboarding with the teacher has been completed. Onboard with all your ViP teachers with two days of enrollment.
