You are not your thoughts
I am so happy you are visiting our school page & you are serious about your mental health. It can be hard for us to notice when we need to take a break and reset. This page is a tool for our students, staff, and families to visit and reset.
How do we know when we need to reset?
Our actions and our bodies tell us, even when we are not noticing it. Let's do some check ins with ourself! I have attached a chart below for you to check in with yourself to see if maybe you're in need of a reset.
It is completely normal for us to feel fluctuations (ups and downs) in our mental health. The idea behind our reset is to notice when we are going into the blue area so that we can begin to reset.
Reflection - Ask yourself -
Why am I in this blue area? Am I hungry? Am I tired? Did my schedule change? Is my environment different? Sometimes we can reset by just taking care of our basic needs and changing our environment.
