POST-HEAD INJURY INSTRUCTIONSCall your student's pediatrician with ANY questions about symptoms after a head injury. Please call your pediatrician or go to the emergency room if your student is reporting and/or experiencing any of the following symptoms:- any loss of consciousness, immediately after injury or later following injury
- any headache that is severe or worsens or continues
- any changes in your students behavior (i.e lethargy, difficult to awaken, irritability, or other unusual/abnormal behavior)
- clumsy, stumbling, changes in walking and/or coordination
- any appearance of confusion or slurred speech
- any dizziness that does not resolve or recurs
- any discharge from nose or ears
