Originally from Los Angeles, California, Ms. Bethany Spielman is the Choir Director and A Cappella Advisor at Natick High School. She graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education in 2017. From 2018-2024 she had the pleasure of directing award winning ensembles at her alma mater, Royal High School in Southern California, which included choral arts, show choir, vocal jazz, and musical theater. Additionally, Bethany has been Assistant Director and section leader for City of Angels Community Choir, performing for projects such as Kingdom Hearts Live and recording soundtracks for animes. She also plays in a professional African marimba ensemble, Masanga Marimba, and has opened for artists like Neil Young and Norah Jones! In her free time, she loves camping, exploring new places, and dancing. She feels so incredibly blessed to work with the students and staff at Natick High School!
