Mental Health Resources

INTERFACE Referral Service: William James College 

INTERFACE is a mental health resource and referral Helpline that our community has contracted with to help children, adults and families become connected with mental health and wellness resources. You can call the Interface Helpline at 617-332-3666 Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm to consult with a mental health professional about resources and/or receive personalized, matched referrals.

Advocates: Community Behavioral Health Centers 

Advocates makes it easier, providing routine appointments, same-day access for urgent issues, and 24/7 crisis intervention for people of all ages. Their 24-hour crisis support line number is 1-800-640-5432.

 At their Community Behavioral Health Centers in Framingham and Waltham, their caring and compassionate team will provide you with skilled, culturally competent care. The Framingham clinic is open Monday to Friday 8:00am-8:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm.
