We have a Choir Parents Group!
Please indicate that you would like to be involved in the Handbook/Syllabus Form.
We need your help with Unit 5 Music Parent Representatives, Madrigals, uniforms, organizational tasks, ushering and greeting at concerts, videography, t-shirts/sportswear... the possibilities and opportunities to offer support are ready for you to lend your talents!
We want you to get involved and be connected to our program!
Instructions for using the Sign-up Genius:
Parents, our system for volunteering has been put into place to help make volunteering easier for everyone. We are using an online system known as the Sign-up Genius. If you are interested in volunteering for an upcoming choir event you can find it on the Sign-up Genius. Here are the step by step instructions:
1. Go to signupgenius.com
2. Go to the "find a sign up" tab
3. Enter williams@unit5.org
4. Click on the sign up for the event you are interested in
5. Click "sign up" next to the position you are interested in
6. Enter your information. If the program says that you may not sign up because it is a private group, it is because your email address may not have been known or may have been entered incorrectly. In this case, you need to email me at williams@unit5.org and let me know your difficulty with Sign-up Genius. The problem will then be corrected so that in the future it will work correctly for you.)
*Because this is a relatively new program for us, there may be a few errors, however we feel it will ultimately make things easier for everyone. Thank you for your patience and flexibility with this.
