MUN is FUN introduces students to the exciting world of Model United Nations, a program that hosts competitive debates between middle and high school students acting as global representatives to the United Nations. Learn about current global issues in human health, climate, and technology, and help create innovative solutions through debate, simulation, and negotiation. Participants will engage in speaking and debate games, interactive problem solving, and short simulations. No experience in Model United Nations is required to participate; both new and experienced students are welcome!
During Module 1, students will learn about global health and poverty. In Module 2, students will focus on climate change and environmental protection. Both modules will introduce the basic skills of Model United Nations and teach the purpose and history of the United Nations. Register at https://www.tpsf.net/summer
