My name is Loretta Campbell and I am licensed to teach early childhood and early childhood special education in both Iowa and Minnesota! This is my seventh year in education! In May of 2024, I graduated with my masters degree in Applied Child and Adolescent Development with an emphasis on Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health!
I have a deep passion for working with infants and toddlers with delays and/or disabilities and their families in natural environments, which includes their homes, daycares, and within the community! I was born and raised in Mason City, Iowa, however, I have always been told I am a Minnesota girl at heart. My great-great-grandparents founded a resort in Northern Minnesota where my husband and I now own the log cabin built by my grandfather. While attending the University of Northern Iowa, I met my husband and continued to grow in my passion for working with the youngest learners and their families. My husband and I currently reside in Monticello, Minnesota. I have a stepdaughter, Adeline, a son, Lincoln, a daughter, Eden, a baby boy due in April 2025, and a giant pup, Daisy! I also love to read, craft, and spend time with my family!

My name is Meagan Loken, and I am a licensed educator specializing in Early Childhood and Early Childhood Special Education. With 25 years of experience as an Early Intervention educator, I remain passionate about the work I do each day with families.
I am dedicated to collaborating with families to address their questions, identify the strengths and needs of their child and family, and support them in becoming the most effective parents for their child. I employ a coaching model that encourages partnership, guiding families through each step of the process. This approach empowers them to feel informed and confident in setting priorities and understanding the next steps for their child. I believe in the value of continuous learning together!
I live in Otsego with my husband, our four children, and two dogs. Our family enjoys spending quality time at our cabin, traveling, and cooking and sharing meals together. I have personal experience as a mother of a child with unique abilities, as one of our twins has Down syndrome.

My name is Holly Parr and I am a speech-language pathologist at STMA, working directly with families within our early intervention program (Birth-3), and as an evaluator for students up to age 5. My professional experience spans the whole lifespan, from ages 1-month to 102 years old! I’ve worked in clinics and hospitals before finding my home within the school systems working with our littlest learners and their families. My passion is to help families thrive within their daily routines- working smarter, not harder, and building their capacity to enhance learning and development without adding to their plates. I’ve been in Minnesota my whole life, growing up in Maple Grove, attending the University of Minnesota-Duluth for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees, and eventually landing in Plymouth with my husband, two children, and our quarantine cat who was adoringly named, “Maisie Daisy Marshmallow Parr.” In my free time, you can find me running my kids around to sporting events, coaching, going for actual runs, and enjoying time with my family and friends. I look forward to meeting and supporting the families within the STMA school district!
