Loretta Campbell, Birth-Three Early Intervention Teacher/Evaluator

My name is Loretta Campbell and I am licensed to teach early childhood and early childhood special education in both Iowa and Minnesota! This is my ninth year in education! In May of 2024, I graduated with my master's degree in Applied Child and Adolescent Development with an emphasis on Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health!

I have a deep passion for working with infants and toddlers with delays and/or disabilities and their families in natural environments, which includes their homes, daycares, and within the community! I was born and raised in Mason City, Iowa; however, I have always been told I am a Minnesota girl at heart. My great-great-grandparents founded a resort in Northern Minnesota where my husband and I now own the log cabin built by my grandfather. While attending the University of Northern Iowa, I met my husband and continued to grow in my passion for working with the youngest learners and their families. My husband and I currently reside in Monticello, Minnesota. I have three children: Lincoln, Eden, & Silas! I also love to read, craft, swim, attend our weekly bible study, plan events & outreach for our church, and spend time with my family & friends!

Meagan Loken, Birth-Three Early Intervention Teacher/Evaluator

My name is Meagan Loken, and I am a licensed educator specializing in Early Childhood and Early Childhood Special Education. With 25 years of experience as an Early Intervention educator, I remain passionate about the work I do each day with families.

I am dedicated to collaborating with families to address their questions, identify the strengths and needs of their child and family, and support them in becoming the most effective parents for their child. I employ a coaching model that encourages partnership, guiding families through each step of the process. This approach empowers them to feel informed and confident in setting priorities and understanding the next steps for their child. I believe in the value of continuous learning together!

I live in Otsego with my husband, our four children, and two dogs. Our family enjoys spending quality time at our cabin, traveling, and cooking and sharing meals together. I have personal experience as a mother of a child with unique abilities, as one of our twins has Down syndrome.

Isaac Heieie, Birth-Three Early Intervention Teacher/Evaluator

Hello!!

My name is Isaac Heieie and I'm an early childhood special educator with 13 years of experience working with families within school & childcare settings. . I love working with students who are delayed/disabled because I have personally seen how much it has helped within my own family. I attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, where I got my undergraduate degree in early childhood foundations and continued to work in childcare settings as a teacher, as well as an administrator, where I was able to collaborate with teachers and families in order to best coordinate care for our youngest age group. I have also worked within elementary schools. I have since continued my education and studied Early Childhood Special Education to focus on the most adorable and vulnerable population. I have always been drawn to the toddler age bracket because it's when they really start to emerge as their own personality and develop a desire for independence. I am wholeheartedly dedicated to children and families in order to make sure all individuals are equipped with the tools and support to live a happy and healthy life.

I currently live in St. Paul with my husband of 2 years, although we have been together for a total of 10, and we love to spend our time watching scary movies, playing video games and eating good food. I grew up in Albertville and graduated from STMA High School and enjoy being back here in order to give back to the community that raised me. Nicole O'Neill, Physical Therapist

My name is Nicole O’Neill and I have my Doctorate of Physical Therapy and am a licensed PT in the state of Minnesota. I attended Minnesota State University Moorhead for my undergraduate degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. I then went on to the University of Jamestown to get my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Throughout PT school I knew I wanted to work with children and am thrilled to be able to combine my love of working with children with my degree! I was born and raised in Buffalo, MN and currently reside in St Michael, MN with my husband and 3 kiddos!

Angela Antony, School Social Worker

Angela Antony, LGSW, is the School Social Worker at Big Woods Elementary and serving the Birth-3 Early Intervention community. She joined the STMA team in 2025 after three years in a previous district and more than ten years in the nonprofit and Emergency Management sectors.

Ms. Antony's mission is to create space for belonging.

Guided by her core values of curiosity, empathy and belonging, she seeks to build relationships with students, families and colleagues to allow people to feel seen, cared for and supported. Through social emotional learning, behavior support, community connection and consultation, Ms. Antony works to support student well-being.

Kimberly Andres, ECSE Coordinator

Hello! My name is Kimberly Andres and I am the Early Childhood Special Education Coordinator serving our B-5 team. I've been in education since 2000 and have been a Coordinator since 2017. I have a bachelor's degree in Geography, graduate license in Special Education -Specific Learning Disability and Autism, Masters in Special Education, and Director of Special Education Administrator Licensure . I am happily married with two wonderful children. I love single track mountain biking with my family, traveling around the world, reading, cooking, and taking my two dogs to the off-leash dog park. I will work with the B-5 team to navigate through unique and challenging situations and look forward to partnering with families to meet the needs of our youngest learners!
