Course Selection Information for 10th-12th (current 9th-11th)

During the months of February-March, 9th and 10th grade will watch a presentation on the scheduling process through their English classes. WSHS School Counselors will meet individually with each current 9th and 10th grade students during Registration Lab days (schedule coming soon). 

Current 11th grade students will receive registration information during Junior class presentations in English classes in February (schedule coming soon).  Each student will receive a WSHS Course Planning Form (a list of academic courses, electives and a QR code to view the Curriculum Guide), and a Skyward Student Access Guide (instructions for entering electives into Skyward). Juniors will then meet with their School Counselors during Junior Credit checks scheduled through History classes (schedule coming soon) to review their course selections. 

Students will be placed in Academic courses based on progress in current courses. Students will have the opportunity to change these courses if desired by completing the Course Change Request Form.  Students will be asked to enter their elective course requests into Skyward before their registration lab days. This will allow counselors more time to answer individual questions. 

Skyward Student Access will be open from: TBD.

Students who do not have an English class should review the information and links on this page and schedule an appointment with their counselor after March 6th.
