This project is part of the coursework for a unit based on game development for the PlayStation 4 console. It involves expanding upon a sample project to add new features or gameplay elements and performance optimisation with techniques like multi-threading as well as profiling and analysis. The project selected is a 3D shooter similar to Asteroids with a 2D ship and bullets and 3D torus-shaped objects. The source control being used is GitHub (private repo). Images, code examples and project files are unavailable due to an NDA.
