Building Request Form

Any and all sports teams, coaches, and affiliates not associated with Jim Hill or Erik Ramstad athletics must complete the following form in order to request gym space. You will be contacted to confirm availability, but no request is guaranteed.

Please note the following:

1. All school activities take precedent. Even though a gym is reserved, please note all school teams still have the right to take that gym space and time if necessary.

2. Any club or activity in which the coach is paid or the players pay a participation fee will be charged a fee of $20/Hour for gym space.

3. Traveling teams where coaches are volunteers will be awarded gym space at no charge when available.

4. Gyms are not available Wednesday evenings (day is left open for custodians to clean) or weekends (custodians do not work most weekends).
