What is Time Clock Wizard?

Time Clock Wizard, or TCW, is a timekeeping tool designed for professionals working online. It allows users to clock in and out, make timesheet adjustments, and access their work schedules. What's it for:

Clock in at the start of the shift
Press start break
End break after 1 hour
Clock out at the end of the day

Web Version

What's it for:

Check the time spent on lunch
Generate a time report for EOD
Amend or request changes on time entries
Update personal information related to TCW

HOW TO DOWNLOAD TCW WEB:

Once the VA is onboarded, you will receive an email from Time Clock Wizard with a “REGISTER” button. Click "Register."
Double-check the spelling of your email address and your first and last names. If you have a second name, it will be automatically omitted as it only allows up to a certain number of characters.
Create a password that should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Alphanumeric (a mix of letters and numbers)
- Should have at least one capital letter.
- Special characters (ex: “$”, “%”, “/”, etc.)
Do not populate the other boxes nor change the country (United States) and time zone (GMT -8:00 AM Pacific - US and Canada).
Click the captcha box.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD TCW APP:

From the landing page of the TCW Web select the download button depending on your computer’s Operating System and computer system type (About PC> System Type)
After downloading, double-click on the TCW logo in the lower left corner of your Google browser.
Create a shortcut for the desktop application by right-clicking the logo and choosing “Pin to Taskbar”.
If you encountered an error saying “ Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented...", just click on “More Info” and select: "Run Anyway”.
To log in, use “mymountainmover” as the subdomain and the mmmva email address and password.

How To Add Time Record

Launch Time Clock Wizard Web.
Select "Timesheet" from the main menu.
Choose the date that needs to be changed.
Click on "Add Time Record".
Depending on the entry that you need to add you can select either "Clock In/Out" or "Break In/Out".
Update the date and Time.
Remember to include any additional notes and submit your request by clicking the "Add Time Request" button.
