Garlic Roasted Radish


  • Radishes are very helpful to the nervous system, which helps reduce exhaustion and also helps fight diseases
  • 4 simple ingredients: Garlic, Salt, Pepper and Butter.

Steps:

1.Use as many radishes as you'd like.

2. Set some radishes on a tray and cut them in half.

3. Season the radishes using the ingredients above

4. finally put them in the oven till they are a brownish color.

Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • potatoes, milk, garlic, green onions, Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese.

Steps:

  1. stab the potatoes all over with a fork and pre-heat the oven at 400.
  2. Bake the potato on a baking sheet for about 1 hour
  3. Melt the butter in a pan, add garlic and milk simmer on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes
  4. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them to get cool
  5. Slice open each potato and carefully scoop out the pulp leaving about 1/4 inch around the edge
  6. Mash pulp in the bowl and add/mix the remaining ingredients and stir
  7. Fill the empty skins up with mashed filling
  8. Then lastly Bake for 25 minutes

Cucumber Noodles

Steps:

1. Get cucumber and use a spiralizer in order to make noodle like shapes and so that the process is faster.

2.Drain the noodles to releases all excess water

3. As for dressing use any type of sauce you prefer. The ones that they do offer for the noodles are tahini sauce or basil pesto sauce.

Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes ,1 slice onion ,4 whole cloves, 2 cups of chicken broth, butter , 2 tsp all purpose flour , and 1tsp salt

Steps:

1. Gently boil all ingredients for 20 minutes to blend all of the flavors (don't add the butter, salt , flour or sugar).

2. When done pour mixture out into a different container.

3. Melt butter to the pan you used to boil all the ingredients.

4. Lastly, once that is done add the tomato mixture and season it with the ones we haven't put in and whisk the ingredients till it looks smooth.


spinach promegrante salad

Ingredients:

  • Spinach leaves (rinsed and drained),1/4 red onion (sliced thinly) . 2 cups of walnut pieces ,1/2 cup crumbled feta,1 pomegranate , 4 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette.

Steps:

1. You will rinse and drain fresh spinach

2.Cut the onion in a thin slice

3.Peel and take out seeds of the pomegrante

4. Final step is to place spinach in a bowl and top it with sliced onions, walnuts, feta, Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top, and then drizzle with vinaigrette for a nice finishing touch.

celery (snack)

  • All you will need for this snack is the celery itself, washed and cleaned and any sauce that you like. Everyone always uses ranch with it. Its a simple and fast little snack to munch on while still being healthy. You can even add some carrots to it for more varieties.
  • Our other two plants were flowers - Calendulas and Garnet Star. These flowers are used as stress relievers and can be used for medication. Calendulas are actually edible and if you do eat them, they will provide antioxidants, which can help prevent damage to cells. Their colorful petals are high in carotenoids, such as flavoxanthin and auroxanthin. You can use calendulas in teas and oil as well.
