For this discussion, reflect on your experience completing the self-care activity. Please answer the following questions:

  1. How was your experience with the writing self-care activity? Share which prompt you did and your general thoughts about the prompt, your experience, or any other thoughts.

  2. What was easy or challenging about the self-care practice?

  3. Can you think of any ways to adapt the activity or prompt to better serve you? Be creative! Or is there a self-care practice that you know works better for you?

  4. Discuss the idea that self-care is not “one-size-fits-all”.
