PLTW Engineering

This program is designed to give students a head start in the pursuit of engineering and other careers in the STEM fields. Students begin the path in the Design and Modeling course, where they will use hands-on projects, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to complete design challenges while they learn the design process used by engineers, and work on Inventor engineering software to design playgrounds. Students who take this course will also take the Paxton Patterson course second semester. This course can be taken by 7th and 8th graders.
