Will there be band camp and a marching show this year?
For now, there is no face to face interactions. All rehearsals will be virtual. Please refer to your child's Google Classroom for all class assignments and meetings.
How do I join band?
How do I join band?
Come talk to Mrs. Brock in room 4103 at FHS! I will be happy to work with your counselor to get you in the right band class to fit your needs. During this distance learning time, the best thing to do is email Mrs. Brock at cdbrock@mylusd.org and email your high school counselor to ensure you are added to band.

Do I have to be in marching band to be in the band program?
It is not required, however, we highly encourage all music students to get involved in marching band. It helps you form bonds with other music students faster, and we go on lots of fun performance trips! Check out that page HERE!
