The ELCO ACTIVITY NETWORK was established in 2003 by local Myerstown residents. Every year, ELCO ACTIVITY NETWORK organizes a holiday parade that goes through the heart of town and showcases the best of our community! Location: Multiple streets throughout town. Date: Annually on the last weekend of November

Thanks to the combined forces of the Myerstown Vitality Partnership (MVP) and the ELCO Activity Network (EAN), plus the many generous sponsors, you can mark your family calendars for 23rd Myerstown Holiday Parade on Saturday, November 6, from 4-6:30 p.m. We hope you will all come out to enjoy the festive beginning of the Christmas Season in the most spectacular show around.

New for this year, we have added judging categories for commercial and for-profit entries. There is no cash prize for these winners, but the bragging rights are outstanding! Bundle up and enjoy the crispness of the season. The parade is planned around twilight so you can enjoy the festive lights and decorations.

We will experience this always anticipated annual event… the Myerstown Holiday Parade. As you may be aware, the parade is a costly event, so we are seeking your financial assistance. Your kind consideration will be most appreciated not only by us, but by all who come to our Holiday Parade.

EAN spokesperson Tom Houtz says, “You can expect to see marching bands and other marching groups, a variety of floats, and an overall entertainment experience that never disappoints. And yes, Santa will be there at the end as usual.”
