MVP is governed by a Board of Directors and run by the President/CEO.  Our Board of Directors is comprised of local business men and women, representatives from local organizations and residents who have agreed to support the Myerstown Vitality Partnership and our vision with their time, talents and finances. The Board of Directors meets once a month and makes important decisions that direct the organization and it's programs and events.

Our regularly scheduled Board meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month.  Please note, the Board may change this date as needed, from time to time.  While our Board Meetings are closed, you may request to attend a monthly meeting by contacting Seth Miller at seth@myerstownvp.org, by 12 p.m. the Thursday prior to a scheduled meeting.

Board members are responsible for providing oversight to the organization's activities, as well as directing its policies and procedures.  Board members share a passion for the Myerstown Community, bring education or experiences that contribute to the growth of MVP,  and share MVP's vision of a better, brighter future for Myerstown.

The Business Developent Consultant  carries out the Board's vision and direction by completing the day-to-day responsibilities of running the organization, connecting with local businesses and residents, planning events and promotions, implementing programs, establishing committees and securing funding for the organization.
