Getting pre-approved and understanding your numbers so you can shop confidently. If you decide you’re ready to move forward, I can introduce you to great local lenders who explain things clearly and don’t make you feel judged or overwhelmed.

Once we know your price range and goals, I’ll set you up with a personalized search that only shows homes that actually fit what you want. You'll have access to some homes before they hit the market! 

You can favorite properties, ask questions, and get a feel for what’s out there — all without pressure.

In addition, I network with other top agents to always see what's coming up, if there's anything I know of, you bet you'll know about it! 

5. Tour Homes Together 🏡 (The Fun Part!)

When something catches your eye, we’ll go see it in person.
I’ll walk you through what to look for, point out things you might not notice, and help you understand value, red flags, and potential. 

Beyond what you do like, I'll ask you what you don't like about each home. Your feedback is much appreciated and critical so I can help going forward to finding your right place!

6. Offer, inspections & closing
Writing a strong offer, navigating inspections and appraisal, and guide you to the closing table. I walk you through all these steps & act as your biggest advocate
