1. Getting to Know You

We start with an easy conversation about your goals, budget, timeline, and what “home” looks like for you. Next, we'll meet in person and go over a deep dive of the home buying steps so your ready for success and know what to expect! I'll answer all the questions you have!

2. Pre-Approval (The Confidence Booster)

I’ll connect you with trusted local lenders who explain everything clearly, so you know your buying power and feel confident moving forward.

3. Finding Homes You’ll Love

I set you up with personalized listings, schedule showings, and we'll discuss honest feedback on each home- the good, the bad, and the “this is a hard pass.”

4. Crafting a Smart, Competitive Offer

When you find the one, I'll help guide you to put together a strategic offer backed by market data and strong negotiation skills to give you the best chance at winning. My goal is to give you all the options and facts so you can make an informed decision best for you!

5. Inspections & Next Steps

Your inspector dives deep. We'll help break down the results in plain English and I'll help negotiate repairs or credits when needed.

6. Appraisal & Loan Finalization & Title Work

While your lender, title company, and me work together behind the scenes, I keep you updated so you’re never wondering what’s happening.

7. Final Walk-Through

We double-check that everything looks good and that any agreed-upon repairs were taken care of.

8. Closing Day! 🎉

You sign the paperwork, get the keys, and officially become a homeowner. (This is my favorite part - to celebrate YOU!)
