Kaeley is the only person I ever want to work with - buying, selling, whatever! She LISTENED to my preferences and found me the most amazing house, under budget! This was my first time buying a home, and Kaeley helped me understand the ins and outs of the market, when it may change, and what it was currently showing. Kaeley was on top of EVERYTHING and had great resources for lenders & inspections. She never once made me feel stupid for not knowing something, or like I was a burden when I didn't want to purchase a home we looked at. 1000000% would recommend Kaeley to anyone needing a Real Estate agent... she is THE agent!

Kaeley was excellent. Kaeley set up an introductory meeting to go over my wants, market conditions, a break down of steps in the home buying process, and recommendations. I am a first time home buyer who had a lot of wants, and was happy to find a new construction townhome the first day we went home searching. Although the house hunt was very short, it took 3 or 4 months for the house to complete its building. In that time, Kaeley provided a step by step guide of what was due when, what appointments to expect, and would constantly act as a buffer between myself and the home builder. I rarely had to send an email -- Kaeley either proactively handled it herself or would email in my stead. During my closing, Kaeley found that my HOA fee was higher than it was supposed to be, and really went up to bat for me to get this fixed as soon as possible--saving me $50 a month. She attended all meetings with me with the builder, she attended my inspection when I was unable to, and came with me to my closing an hour away. I could not recommend Kaeley enough for anyone who feels in over their head, or just wants someone who is organized, extremely thoughtful, and will go way above and beyond.

Kaeley has been nothing short of amazing to work with. She made the process of finding the right house, working through the offer stage, and once the offer was accepted all the way until the final walk-through and the closing. My wife Janet and I are incredibly grateful for her guidance and her willingness to go the extra mile for us. I would highly recommend her as a top-of-the-line realtor. Thank you so very much Kaeley!
