History
Students at Denver School of Nursing had a vision to reach out to others in need around the world. In 2012 the first student service learning internships took place in Kenya and Haiti. Since then, students and faculty have partnered with local healthcare workers in many locations such as inner city Denver, Haiti, Honduras, India, Peru, Philippines, Cambodia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Uganda.

Who we are
This student organization works with Professor Haskell as the Program Coordinator for GHP. Tara has been with DCN since 2014. The student board serves each for 3 quarters. Tara and the 3 student board members keep the group running! You can reach out to any of them for more information. Other faculty from DCN also help with volunteering and lead internships.
