The Falcon Spring Fun Fair is an annual tradition, a weekend family event on the school grounds to showcase creativity and bring current and prospective Discovery families, staff, and the neighborhood community together.
Everyone 3 years old and up will need a wristband to enter the campus.
Wristbands can be purchased online or in-person and picked up after school at 12:20 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. / 3:05 p.m. on the front lawn on Friday, May 20, or on the day of the event. With COVID protocols in place this year, please anticipate a line in the sun when the Fair opens at noon on Saturday. We recommend purchasing wristbands in advance and using the early pickup option on Friday.
Falcon parents and MS students: sign up to plan an activity or volunteer for a shift on the day of the event!
Each volunteer will receive 1 complimentary wristband (worth $15).
This year the wristband includes:
Entry and Re-entry
Bounce Houses
Inflatable Sports
Petting Zoo
Face Painting and Temporary Tattoos
Giant Bubbles
Carnival Games
Crafts
The wristband does not include:
Food Concessions
(Eduing's Kitchen, Wings n' Things, California's Crepe, Angelicakes, Kona Ice, MS Popcorn Stand)
Dunk Tank
Contributions to the Plant Sale and Ceramic Magnet Painting
Chalk Art (auction item)*
For the health and safety of our community, all DCS policies apply. Everyone 5 years old and up, including current students, needs to show either a COVID-19 vaccination card or a negative PCR test (within 72 hours) or a negative antigen test (within 24 hours). Photos of negative tests are ok. Test kits will not be available at the entrance.
