Our students are able to go on about ten fields trips a year. Teachers and Field Trip Coordinators work in partnership to plan and book field trips that provide students with the opportunity to wrap up each unit of study with hands on learning experiences. We wouldn't be able to go on these trips without the support of our families who volunteer to drive.
Past field trips: San Jose Tech Museum, Año Nuevo, San Francisco Academy of Sciences, Oakland Museum of California, Children's Discovery Museum, Don Edwards, Marine Science Institute, Valley Water, Nature Days at local parks, and so much more!
In addition, beginning in 4th grade, students have the opportunity to attend overnight field trips to WOLF Camp and immerse themselves in outdoor learning experiences including night hikes, learning about the local ecosystems, and the history of the redwood forest. We believe in allowing all students the opportunity to attend and provide scholarships to families in need.
