What does accreditation mean?
All of our BSc (Hons) courses are accredited by professional bodies. This means that they have been assessed by professional and academic experts to ensure high standards of teaching, facilities and course content. Our courses have demonstrated that they are informed by the latest advances in research meaning that they deliver science that really matters to today's graduate.
Accreditation by the Institute of Biomedical Science is important if you are considering working as a registered biomedical scientist in the NHS.
You will automatically get student membership to the professional body which is aligned with your degree route.
