If you are not currently logged into Google Drive, clicking on the link will require you to log in using your email address as per the example (username@my.shu.ac.uk). This will then take you to the Sheffield Hallam University login page where you would login using your single sign on Sheffield Hallam University login details. The HWB Student Absence Google Form for will then open for your completion.
Q: What should I wear?
Physiotherapy is a very practical course. When you are in the University for practical sessions you will have to practice skills on each other. So, you should wear appropriate clothing such as jogging bottoms / leggings / shorts / t-shirts. There is usually a need to undress for particular aspects of the course therefore, appropriate underwear should be worn. We use towels, blankets and screens where appropriate to maintain dignity. For students where this is not appropriate due to religious or cultural reasons you do not have to undress. We do however, encourage students to work with different students to ensure you are experiencing different body types. Please speak to your Academic Advisor or session lecturer if you have any concerns or worries relating to this.
Q: When are my holidays?
You will find term time dates on this pre-enrolment site in the 'Overview of the course - term dates' tab and on the course Blackboard site when you enrol. Holidays within teaching weeks are not permitted. If you have pre-planned holidays booked prior to joining University please email your Academic Advisor to make them aware of this ASAP so that the Year Lead and Course Leader can review this. Be sure to check the dates for the re-assessment period over the summer to make sure you are available should you need it.
Q: How do I know which modules I am studying?
You will find a list of modules on this site. The course will be explained fully to you during induction week. Your modules will appear on your personal Blackboard site when you have enrolled and logged in.
