The construction site for the library learning centre at High Storrs School is located behind the school, next to Bailey Dance Academy. This location provides easy access and is carefully positioned to minimise disturbance to the school's everyday activities.This site will make the construction process easier, resulting in a seamless and effective development of the new library facility at High Storrs School. 

Site Access for the Construction

The construction of High Storrs School's library will begin with site access from Ringinglow Road, just before the main parking entrance. Vehicles will enter from Ringinglow Road and proceed to the construction site via approved traffic paths. trucks will proceed along the parking lot, paying close attention to the traffic path marked for construction trucks. The traffic path will cause minimal interruption to the current parking area and pedestrian walkways. 

A pedestrian way and temporary compound wall will be established at the construction site and temporary storage area, ensuring safe access for students and laborers. 

Temporary storage sites will be established along the traffic route to assist the efficient transit of building materials. These temporary storage sites will be strategically positioned near major traffic routes, providing for quick access and reducing travel time. This carefully planned site access and traffic management strategy, together with the creation of a protected pedestrian walkway, will ensure that construction operations run efficiently while keeping students, staff, and visitors safe and comfortable at High Storrs School.
