Resources are necessary for every project to be effectively finished.As contractors or project managers, it is our responsibility to guarantee not only the project's successful completion but also its timely and cost-effective completion. Thus, to illustrate the importance of resource management, allow me to mention the three most important resources that need to be managed in order for a project to be effectively finished: labor, supplies, and equipment. For example, even though every piece of equipment is present, we can only utilize one at a time, wasting money and delaying the project. This problem needs to be resolved by creating a suitable schedule.

EQUIPMENT SELECTION:

The following factors were used for selecting machinery:

A unique programme has been developed for each piece of equipment to prevent work from being repeated on the job site. The following criteria were used to select each piece of machinery deployed on the site:

1. A device for multiple tasks.

2. minimal or low emissions.

3. Reduced labour incentives to alleviate crowding.

4. Security.
