MATERIALS USED IN CONSTRUCTION:

STEEL FRAME IN CONSTRUCTION:

To improve waste management, we are using steel roof pieces that are generally manufactured offsite for this project.

We're also focusing on recyclable materials and a long-lasting, time-saving technique.

Steel debris from construction and demolition sites can be collected and sold to recycling centers.

Because prefabricated steel buildings may be completed quickly, staffing costs are reduced.

There is less interference with the neighbourhood.

COAT PLASTERING: Renders are primarily made of sand, lime, cement, and water. A standard mix ratio for rendering is one part sand, one part lime, and one part cement. Any kind of all-purpose cement will do, but the sand must be fine and pure.
