Vision and Values

Following the work undertaken on developing our refreshed curriculum drivers, the school community works on creating a new set of 'Vision and Values' for Mortlach Primary School.

Staff and Pupils worked together to identify a vision and values which encompassed Mortlach Primary School and it's wider community.

Parental Response to Refreshed Vision and Values

August 2023

34 parents responded to the eform questions. At the time we had 99 families within our school community. This meant roughly 34% of our families responded, because responses were anonymous we are unsure of whether responses came from multiple parents/carers from within one family or all 34 were from different families.

1 Pupils and staff feel that 'At Mortlach anything is possible.' encompasses a drive to achieve, as well as a belief in applying ourselves and striving to reach any goal we set ourselves.

Pupils and staff feel these values are based on our curriculum drivers, local and national education policy and our relation approach to supporting our pupils, their families and the wider community.
