We know how to get to the Intelligent Agents. But how do we make one?
In the tutorial below, we will make a very common one:Â
A student has not logged into the course in a certain number of days (we will say three days) and we want to ensure that they are engaging with the course. We want this to run any time that a student does not log in for 3 days and we want to run it at a reasonable time, say 8:00AM.
Go to Edit Course in the Course Navbar
Click on Intelligent Agents
Click on New Agent in the upper-right corner
Give the Agent a Name
Schedule when you want the Agent to run
Choose Users with Specific roles and check the box to the left of Student
Check the box to the left of Course Activity and choose User has not accessed the course in the last [blank] days(s). Type in three where the blank is.
